What does a hospitality marketing agency cost?

It depends on what you need, so we don’t sell fixed packages. Here’s what affects the cost, how agencies usually charge, and the questions worth asking before you sign with anyone, including us.

You pay for what you need, and nothing else.

After the free audit we send a clear quote for exactly what we’d recommend.

What affects the cost

01

How many services

Social media alone costs less than content, social, ads, search and email run together.

02

How many venues and brands

Each brand needs its own content, accounts and campaigns. We price per brand, so you only pay for what you need.

03

How much content

Shoot frequency and the number of reels and posts each month make the biggest difference to content costs.

04

Ad spend

The budget you spend on Meta or Google is paid to them directly and is separate from the agency fee.

05

One-off projects

Websites and brand work are usually priced as a project, with optional monthly updates afterwards.

06

Reporting and tracking

Setting up conversion tracking properly takes time at the start, and pays for itself in what you learn.

How agencies charge

01

Monthly retainer

The most common model for ongoing work such as social media, content, ads, search and email. A fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope.

02

Project fee

For one-off work such as a new website, a launch campaign or a brand shoot.

03

Ad spend

Paid directly to the ad platforms, on top of the management fee. Ask any agency to make this split clear.

Questions to ask any agency

  1. What exactly is included each month, and what costs extra?
  2. Is ad spend included in the fee, or separate?
  3. Who will actually do the work?
  4. How will you report on bookings and revenue, not just likes?
  5. How do you price several venues or brands?

Questions

Because every venue needs a different mix, and a fixed package would mean paying for things you don’t need. After the free audit we send a clear quote for exactly what we’d recommend.

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google, so you can always see exactly how much went on ads.

We price by brand and by service, so a group only pays for what each brand needs.

Yes. Many clients start with one or two services and add more once they see the results.
